The majority of orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 2 working days but we always suggest allowing 7-10 working days for delivery.
If you require urgent delivery of an item please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm availability, dispatch time and expected time of delivery.
We have made every effort to supply as much information on each product as possible so customers know exactly what they are getting prior to order. If you are unsure as to a product’s specification, use or application please contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.
If the item ordered is faulty, damaged or broken on receipt – return the item within 28 days as it was found with details of fault and we will replace the item for you at no extra charge.
